1. Overview

By creating an account or using the Techtire website (techtire.ca), you agree to these Terms of Service. Techtire provides automotive tire and mechanical services in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Techtire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Online bookings are requests and are subject to confirmation by Techtire.
  • Full Tire Service bookings require at least 3 business days advance notice for tire sourcing.
  • Techtire reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to availability, weather, or operational needs.
  • Customers are expected to arrive on time. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition and service requirements.
  • Tire prices are displayed per tire. The source price is based on current inventory and may change.
  • Payment is made in person at the time of service. No online payment is collected through the website.
  • Techtire reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled date. If you need to cancel, please do so through your dashboard or by contacting us directly. Excessive last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your booking privileges.

6. Mobile Service

Mobile service is available for select tire services. A travel fee applies based on distance. The customer must provide a safe and accessible location for the service to be performed. Techtire reserves the right to refuse mobile service if the location is unsuitable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techtire is not liable for delays caused by supplier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Services are provided as-is and Techtire makes no guarantees beyond standard industry practice. Any disputes should be raised directly with Techtire management.

8. Privacy Policy

Techtire collects the following information when you create an account or book a service:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Vehicle information (if provided)
  • Booking history and service preferences

We use this information to:

  • Process and manage your bookings
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and status updates
  • Recommend relevant products and services
  • Improve our services

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at techtire@outlook.com.

9. Communication

By creating an account, you agree to receive email communications related to your bookings (confirmations, reminders, status updates). You may also receive promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
