Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome. But booking online guarantees your time slot and takes under 60 seconds, with no account required.
How much is an oil change?
From $80 for Rulexx full synthetic up to $190 for Castrol premium, depending on your vehicle's oil capacity. You'll see the exact price before you confirm.
What are your hours?
Tire services are open every day, 9 AM to 9:30 PM. Oil changes are available every day, 9 AM to 9:30 PM. Mechanical services (brakes, diagnostics) run Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Mobile tire service (we come to you) is available every day, 9 AM to 11:30 PM.
When should I switch to winter tires?
When it stays below 7°C — late October in Ottawa. Below that, all-season tires lose grip. Our winter swap season runs October 1 to November 30. Book before the first snow.
Do you store tires for the season?
Yes — we offer seasonal tire storage so you don't have to keep your off-season set at home. Ask us about it when you come in for your swap.
Do your tires come with a warranty?
Yes. Kapsen tires carry a manufacturing warranty of 3 years or 80,000 km, whichever comes first. Double Star tires carry an 80,000 km manufacturer warranty plus a 1-year road-hazard warranty. Ask us for the exact coverage on the set you choose.Kapsen manufacturing warranty terms
Do you offer mobile tire service?
Yes — for tire services, we can come to you. Mobile service covers anywhere within a 2-hour drive of our Ottawa shop — the whole Ottawa–Gatineau region plus Kingston, Cornwall, Pembroke, Hawkesbury, and everywhere in between. A travel fee applies based on distance (starting at $150, up to $400 at the 2-hour edge) and is calculated automatically when you enter your address — just choose "Mobile service" when you book.
How does online booking work?
Pick your service, choose a date and time, and confirm. You get an email confirmation plus reminders — no account needed.
Can I pay for tires over time?
Yes, with Affirm, on purchases of $400 or more, including HST. Choose Affirm when you pay online for a tire or brake booking, or for an invoice. Affirm checks your eligibility and shows your payment options before you confirm.
