Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome. But booking online guarantees your time slot and takes under 60 seconds, with no account required.
How much is an oil change?
From $80 for GP full synthetic up to $150 for Castrol premium, depending on your vehicle's oil capacity. You'll see the exact price before you confirm.
What are your hours?
Tire services are open every day, 9 AM to 9:30 PM. Mechanical services (oil changes, brakes, diagnostics) run Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM.
Do you store tires for the season?
Yes — we offer seasonal tire storage so you don't have to keep your off-season set at home. Ask us about it when you come in for your swap.
Do your tires come with a warranty?
Yes. Kapsen tires carry a 60,000–80,000 km manufacturer treadwear warranty, depending on the model. Double Star tires include the same manufacturer warranty plus a 1-year road-hazard warranty. Ask us for the exact coverage on the set you choose.
Do you offer mobile tire service?
Yes — for tire services, we can come to you. Mobile service covers the Ottawa–Gatineau area, out to Kemptville, and west to Carleton Place. A travel fee applies based on distance (starting at $40) and is calculated automatically when you enter your address — just choose "Mobile service" when you book.
How does online booking work?
Pick your service, choose a date and time, and confirm. You get an email confirmation plus reminders — no account needed.
